We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, account details, seller profile, product listings, support messages, and transaction-related information.
We may also collect technical information such as your browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, and actions taken on the platform.
We use information to operate Agentorry, create and secure accounts, process marketplace activity, provide customer support, improve the platform, prevent fraud, communicate important updates, and comply with legal obligations.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, maintain security, understand platform usage, and improve your experience. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers that help us host the platform, process payments, provide analytics, prevent fraud, or deliver support. These providers may use information only to perform services for Agentorry.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the platform, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, comply with legal requirements, and enforce our agreements.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, download, restrict, or request deletion of your personal information. You may also opt out of non-essential communications.
Agentorry is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Agentorry. They cover marketplace transactions, seller responsibility, refunds, disclaimers, liability limits, and disputes. Nothing removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
By accessing, browsing, creating an account, joining the waitlist, uploading, purchasing, downloading, reviewing, messaging, or otherwise using Agentorry, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for an organization, you confirm authority to bind it.
Agentorry is an intermediary marketplace for independent creators of AI agents, automations, chatbots, workflows, prompt packs, source-code projects, and related digital products. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Agentorry is not the creator, seller, employer, partner, distributor, or representative of a third-party seller.
You must be at least 18, legally capable of contracting, and permitted by applicable law to use Agentorry.
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and recovery methods, and promptly report unauthorized access. Agentorry may require identity, payment, tax, business, or ownership verification and may restrict unverifiable or compromised accounts.
Sellers act independently and are responsible for ownership, licenses, documentation, support, accurate claims, legal compliance, privacy, security, open-source obligations, intellectual-property rights, and ensuring products do not contain malware, undisclosed tracking, credential theft, destructive code, or harmful functionality.
Automated or manual validation reduces risk but is not certification, warranty, endorsement, audit, or guarantee. A product may pass and still contain defects, vulnerabilities, unlawful content, or compatibility problems. Buyers must independently review products before sensitive or production use.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, fabricated, infringing, unsafe, offensive, incomplete, or outdated. Users must verify important outputs and must not rely solely on products for medical, legal, financial, employment, emergency, weapons, law-enforcement, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions.
Purchases grant only the license stated in the listing or license file. If none is stated, the buyer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for lawful personal or internal business use. Resale, redistribution, leaking, mirroring, sublicensing, or competitive re-uploading is prohibited unless expressly permitted.
Buyers must confirm requirements, maintain backups, protect API keys and credentials, use isolated environments where appropriate, comply with licenses and law, and avoid unlawful or harmful use.
Agentorry currently charges a 9% platform fee on paid sales, so sellers generally keep 91% before taxes, refunds, chargebacks, payment-provider costs, reserves, and disclosed deductions. Free products have no platform fee. Fees may change with reasonable notice, including at least 30 days where practicable.
Third-party payment providers may process transactions. Agentorry may delay, withhold, reverse, offset, or reserve proceeds to address refunds, disputes, fraud, chargebacks, legal duties, security concerns, policy violations, negative balances, or provider requirements.
Users are responsible for taxes, duties, levies, and reporting arising from purchases, sales, use, and earnings except where Agentorry is legally required to collect, withhold, report, or remit.
Digital purchases are generally final except where mandatory law or these Terms provides otherwise. A buyer may request a refund within 3 days when a product materially fails to work as described or is materially different from its listing, with order details and evidence. Late, unsupported, disclosed-limit, unsupported-configuration, or substantially used/downloaded claims may be denied.
Reviews must reflect genuine experience and may not be purchased, exchanged, coerced, fabricated, retaliatory, manipulated, or posted through duplicate accounts. Agentorry may verify purchases, rate-limit activity, remove reviews, and investigate suspicious behavior.
You retain ownership of submitted content but grant Agentorry a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, secure, improve, and promote listings, previews, images, logos, reviews, and related content.
Agentorry may remove alleged infringement and suspend repeat infringers. Complaints must identify the protected work, material, authority, contact details, and a good-faith statement. False or abusive claims may result in action.
Prohibited activity includes malware, ransomware, spyware, credential theft, unauthorized access, unlawful hacking, fraud, scams, deceptive automation, fake engagement, phishing, spam, stolen content, illegal goods, unauthorized personal-data processing, fee circumvention, infrastructure abuse, and conduct violating law or third-party rights.
Products may depend on hosting, payment processors, models, APIs, libraries, datasets, websites, and other third parties. Agentorry does not control or guarantee their availability, security, pricing, policies, output, continuity, data practices, or conduct.
Use is governed by our Privacy Policy. Sellers processing personal data are responsible for notices, legal bases, security, user rights, retention, processor terms, and applicable law.
Unauthorized testing, scanning, access, or exploitation is prohibited. Security issues should be reported privately. No system is guaranteed free from vulnerabilities, unauthorized access, data loss, or attacks.
Agentorry may investigate, reject, limit, unpublish, quarantine, remove, preserve, or disclose content and restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts to enforce Terms, protect users, comply with law or providers, resolve disputes, reduce risk, or protect systems and reputation.
Agentorry may change or discontinue features. Early-access, beta, experimental, and free services may be incomplete, unstable, modified without notice, or discontinued. No continuous uptime, permanent storage, universal compatibility, or preservation of all data is promised.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentorry, platform features, and third-party products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, compatibility, quality, or results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentorry and its owners, operators, affiliates, personnel, contractors, and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, or lost profits, revenue, business, opportunities, goodwill, reputation, anticipated savings, data, files, credentials, or use arising from Agentorry, transactions, users, products, AI outputs, or third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentorry is not liable for good-faith, accidental, or unintentional errors, omissions, mistakes, delays, interruptions, failed notifications, incorrect classifications, validation failures, compatibility problems, data loss, unauthorized third-party conduct, security incidents, outages, or service defects, except to the extent directly caused by fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability the law does not allow to be excluded.
Total aggregate liability during any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of platform fees actually paid directly to Agentorry during the preceding 12 months or US$100, except where law requires another remedy. Nothing prevents any right or claim that cannot lawfully be waived.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Agentorry from claims arising solely from independent buyers, sellers, creators, products, statements, transactions, data practices, or conduct, without excluding duties directly imposed on Agentorry or non-waivable rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, sellers and business users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Agentorry and its owners, operators, affiliates, personnel, and providers from claims and reasonable costs arising from their products, listings, taxes, data processing, infringement, violations, fraud, misconduct, or disputes. This does not apply where prohibited or to Agentorry's fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence.
Buyers and sellers should first seek direct good-faith resolution. Agentorry may request evidence, restrict funds, or make an administrative decision but is not required to act as a court, arbitrator, expert witness, or guarantor.
Before formal proceedings, send detailed written notice and allow at least 30 days for a good-faith response. Unresolved disputes will be handled under applicable law by a competent forum. Arbitration or class-action waivers apply only where legally valid, properly disclosed, and enforceable. Mandatory consumer and small-claims rights remain.
These Terms are governed by law legally applicable to Agentorry's operator and the transaction without overriding mandatory consumer, privacy, intellectual-property, tax, competition, or other law. Before paid launch at scale, Agentorry should publish the operator's legal entity, registered address, governing law, and forum.
Agentorry is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including cloud, internet, payment, model-provider, power, supplier, cyberattack, disaster, war, government, sanctions, epidemic, or civil-unrest events.
You consent to electronic agreements, notices, receipts, alerts, updates, and transaction communications and must keep contact information current.
Agentorry may update these Terms for features, risks, laws, business models, payments, or practices. Material changes may be announced. Renewed consent will be requested where required; otherwise continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
You may not transfer your account or assign these Terms without consent. Agentorry may assign them with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, asset sale, control change, or platform transfer, subject to law.
Unlawful or unenforceable provisions will be limited to the minimum necessary and the remainder continues. Failure to enforce is not waiver. “Including” means without limitation. Ambiguities are resolved under applicable law.
Ownership, licenses, payments, taxes, refunds, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, releases, indemnity, disputes, governing law, and provisions that should continue by nature survive termination.
These Terms, Privacy Policy, listing licenses, payment-provider terms, and incorporated policies form the agreement. Seller terms may not reduce mandatory buyer rights or impose obligations on Agentorry without written agreement.

Building a marketplace where people upload and download code is one of the most security-sensitive things you can do on the internet. Here is every layer we built.
When you build a marketplace where people upload ZIP files and other users download and run them — you are sitting on one of the most dangerous attack surfaces on the web. We knew this from day one and built security into every layer.
Every table in our database has Row Level Security (RLS) enabled. This means even if someone gets hold of your API key, they can only access the data that belongs to them. No user can read, write, or delete another user's data.
We also built audit logs that track every sensitive action — every product uploaded, every price changed, every product published or unpublished. If something suspicious happens, we can trace it back to the exact timestamp and user.
Every piece of text that enters our database goes through sanitization triggers. HTML tags are stripped. JavaScript injection attempts are blocked. SQL injection patterns are removed. This happens at the database level — not just the frontend — so even direct API calls cannot inject malicious content.
Every uploaded ZIP goes through our validation engine before it can be published. Here is what we check:
Spam accounts cannot flood the marketplace. We limit uploads to 20 per day and 10 per hour. Reviews are capped at 10 per day. New accounts must wait before uploading. These limits stop bots and bad actors without affecting legitimate users.
You cannot buy your own product. You cannot review your own product. You cannot wishlist your own product. Purchase records are immutable — nobody can modify or delete them. Product ownership cannot be transferred. Every one of these rules is enforced at the database level, not just the UI.
ZIP files are stored in a private bucket. Raw storage URLs are never exposed. Downloads are served through signed URLs that expire after 60 seconds. You cannot download a paid product without a verified purchase record.
